Three processes. Concrete deliverables.

Make the work
easier to finish.

Turn onboarding delays, scope changes, or reporting overhead into a defined process your team can run. Start with one focused implementation in the tools you already own.

A $600 pilot covers one agreed slice, up to six delivery hours. Broader implementations are scoped separately.

Choose the problem

A clear outcome.
A process you can run.

Start with one focused process. Explore a demo before we talk.

CLIENT ONBOARDING

Start the engagement
with fewer loose ends.

For teams chasing the same access, ownership and kickoff details every time a new client arrives.

Try the onboarding simulation ↗

What you receive

  • Defined intake fields and an ownership checklist
  • Action register and approval steps
  • Kickoff / client-update templates
  • Operating guide and walkthrough
How we would test it

A complete intake produces the agreed kickoff pack. A missing owner is flagged for review. An extra request stays separate until its treatment is agreed.

SCOPE CHANGE CONTROL

Give “one more thing”
a proper decision.

For teams whose small client requests quietly become unplanned delivery work.

Follow a scope-change replay ↗

What you receive

  • Request register linked to the supplied scope
  • Named review and decision steps
  • Change-request and client-response templates
  • Decision log and operating instructions
How we would test it

A request retains its source evidence. A reviewer records its treatment. Draft communication reflects that decision. Unapproved work is not marked agreed.

WEEKLY REPORTING

Turn scattered updates
into a useful review.

For teams assembling the same status report from inconsistent inputs every week.

Try the reporting simulation ↗

Check structured report inputs ↗

What you receive

  • Agreed input format and report fields
  • Missing-data checks and an exception list
  • Weekly report / update templates
  • Review steps, operating guide and walkthrough
How we would test it

Valid sample inputs produce the agreed report. Missing fields appear as exceptions. The reviewer can trace the report back to the supplied inputs.

The entry point

One small pilot.
A clear definition of done.

The $600 pilot includes up to six delivery hours across discovery, agreed setup, representative tests, written instructions and a walkthrough. We confirm fit before payment.

$300 before work, $300 after agreed delivery. Seven days of in-scope corrections. Software costs are separate and agreed upfront.

Agree these before work starts

  • The current process, tools and permissions
  • One specific deliverable and its limits
  • Normal and exception test examples
  • The reviewer, timing and acceptance criteria

These package lists describe possible implementation scope. A pilot covers the subset written into your agreement. Custom apps, migrations, complex integrations and ongoing support require separate scoping.

Exploring demand / IT operations

Make technical handoffs
easier to act on.

We are exploring a focused service for EUC and infrastructure teams, drawing on the founder’s Citrix, NetScaler, identity and networking experience. This is a service concept for fit discussions, not a live diagnostic platform.

Diagnostic evidence pack

Organize supplied logs, observations, timelines and open questions into a reviewable investigation handoff.

Change-readiness review

Document dependencies, prechecks, approval points and rollback criteria for one agreed change.

Operational runbook

Turn an agreed procedure into a usable guide with exception handling and a rehearsal checklist.

No autonomous remediation or system access is provided by this site. Scope, feasibility and pricing would be agreed separately.
